Description:
The Cycle de Vine is a new event started in 2009. The ride of 30 miles will visit a number of the area wineries that will host a ride Rest Stop. At the beginning of the race each rider will be given a punch card that he or she will get endorsed at each winery visited. The drinking of wine at the rest stop will be discouraged. At the completion of the ride the rider will have their card endorsed a final time by Chelan Rotary and will be allowed to return to three of the wineries visited for an official wine tasting and a free glass of wine. Transportation to and from the wineries will be provided. We are hoping that music concert will be hosted by one of the wineries during the evening following the ride.
