Description:

Friday May 7, the Festival starts with Nostalgia Night at 7 p.m. at the United Methodist Church. Contact person is Alice Killian 687-3288. Saturday starts with the Kiwanis Breakfast at 6:30 in the basement of the Grange. Run breakfast off at the Pig Jig starting in front of the Manson Business Center. Street vendors will be set up and ready for business. The Quilt Show will be on the upper floor of the Grange. This year the parade will start at 11 a.m. Our theme is "Country Pride". Following the parade is the traditional Chicken Noodle Dinner at the Northshore Church. The Manson Idol contest will be in full swing again this year. Contact person is Hal Killian at 687-3288. The Festival will end with the traditional pageant--come see the winners of the Manson Idol contest entertain our royalty.
