Completed in 2006, this beautiful home has a wide open floor plan that was designed to maximize the 180 degree view. It sleeps 12 comfortably, with 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. The large kitchen has an island bar that seats up to 6, and a dining area that seats up to 10. Two master suites include large Jacuzzi tubs and large private balconies. One suite offers a spa style walk-in shower with 2 shower heads and massage jets. Sweeping stairs to 100 feet of waterfront and a new private dock and moorage buoy (April 2006).

The great room offers a gas fireplace and a vaulted ceiling with 26 feet of floor-to-ceiling picture windows that showcase the lake and Chelan Butte. Cozy up in our TV room, complete with TV, DVD player, and lake views. The sundeck wraps around the house and includes outdoor furniture and new gas BBQ. There are three bedrooms with Queen size beds, one bunk room that sleeps up to 5, and a hide-a-bed in the TV room. TWO HOMES ON ONE PROPERTY
Relax on Lake Chelan, swim off the steps that lead right into the water, barbecue on the large decks, or make s'mores in the fireplace at water’s edge. Load up your boat for a day trip to historic Stehekin, and tie it up to your private dock or buoy upon your return. This private property includes two homes. The Waterfront Home lies 20 feet from the water and sleeps ten in two spacious bedrooms, plus an additional sleeping area. It has three bathrooms and 2,200 square feet, as well as an 80’ deck.

The Lakeview Home is situated 80’ behind the main home and looks over it to capture the water view. It is brand new and has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. This home has full use of the waterfront, comfortably sleeps six, and has 1,000 square feet of living space, plus a 33’ deck.

Both homes are completely furnished and equipped and may be rented singly or together ($400.00 discount per week if renting both homes).
Each has an open floor plan and is perfect for entertaining family or friends.
