This beautiful home has a wide open floor plan that was designed to maximize the 180 degree view. It sleeps 12 comfortably, with 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. Relax on Lake Chelan, swim off the steps that lead right into the water, barbecue on the large decks, or make s'mores in the fireplace at water’s edge. Load up your boat for a day trip to historic Stehekin, and tie it up to your private dock or buoy upon your return. This private property includes two homes. The Lakeview Home is situated 80’ behind the main home and looks over it to capture the water view. It is brand new and has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. This home has full use of the waterfront, comfortably sleeps six, and has 1,000 square feet of living space, plus a 33’ deck.
Both homes are completely furnished and equipped and may be rented singly or together ($400.00 discount per week if renting both homes).
